Editing a Unit Information

As an administrator or owner of a building, you can edit a unit’s information. To start editing a unit’s information:

  1. Navigate to the Units tab on the left menu.
  2. Click on the unit you want to edit from the list.
  3. Click on Edit.
  4. Once you’ve made all the necessary changes, click the Save button.

Monthly contributionCondo fees billed each month to the unit. Condo fees cannot be changed in this section. Condo fees are calculated from your budget using each unit share (Accounting / Budget section). Therefore condo fees cannot be adjusted individually.Not editable

Bank AccountInformation relative to the bank account of the co-owner paying the condo fees. This information is used when Otonom Solution is implemented to collect condo fees. Each month, AppNFlat will generate a file that can be sent to Otonom solution for payment collection (Send to Otonom button on the Payments / Otonom page).Editable

Changes by Co-owners

Owners can use AppNFlat to modify certain information about their unit and themselves, while tenants can modify certain information about themselves. These changes are subject to approval by the building manager.
