Room Reservations
The room booking feature allows co-owners and residents to reserve common areas in the building, such as reception rooms, meeting rooms, gyms, or other shared facilities.
The Calendar shows all reservations for all spaces. Colors indicate the status of reservations (pending, confirmed, canceled, and declined).
Approve or Decline Reservations
If a space requires approval, pending reservations will appear in the Pending Approvals section below the calendar.
To approve or decline:
- Find the reservation in the list of pending approvals
- Click Approve to confirm the reservation, or Decline to decline it
- If you decline, you can optionally provide a reason, which will be visible to the resident

View Reservation Details
Click on any reservation in the calendar to see:
- Space and unit information
- Start and end times
- Who created the reservation and when
- Approval information (if applicable)
- Reasons for cancellation or refusal (if applicable)
Cancel a Reservation
Administrators can cancel any reservation:
- Click on the reservation in the calendar
- Click Cancel Reservation
- Optionally, provide a reason
- Confirm the cancellation
