Editing a Person's Information
As an administrator of a building, you can edit a person’s information.
- To start editing a person’s information, navigate to the Owners and Tenants tab on the left menu.
- Click on the person you want to edit from the list.
- Click on Edit.
- Make any necessary changes.
- Once you’ve made all the necessary changes, click the Save.
Visual Identification in the People List
The people list displays icons to quickly identify each person’s role:
- Owner: A key icon indicates that the person owns one or more units
- Tenant: A mailbox icon indicates that the person is a tenant of a unit
- Activated Account: The icon appears in green if the person has activated their AppNFlat account

Emergency contact
The coordinates of a person who can be contacted in case of emergency.
Residential Units
To make changes to unit assignments:
- For co-owners: Visit the Units / Unit section, click on Edit and select the option Change Co-owner.
- For tenants: Visit the Units / Unit section, click on Edit and select the option + Tenant or click on the trash icon to remove a tenant.
Changes by Co-owners
Owners and tenants can use AppNFlat to modify certain information about themselves. These changes can be subject to approval by the building manager.
