Parcels

The parcel management feature helps building administrators track packages delivered to the building and notify residents when their parcels arrive.

Accessing the Parcel Management

To access parcel management, click on the Services icon in the left navigation menu and then on Parcels.

Registering a New Parcel

When a parcel arrives at the building, click the New Parcel button to register the package.

Settings

Addressed toSelect the recipient from the list of residents
PerishableOptional - Check the box if the parcel is perishable such as food deliveries, flowers, or other items that need to be collected quickly. Residents will receive more urgent notifications for these parcels. Non-perishable are standard packages that can be stored for a longer period.
Status
  • Received: The parcel has arrived and is waiting to be picked up.
  • Picked Up: The parcel has been collected by the recipient.
  • Returned: The parcel was returned to the sender.
  • Other: Other situation.
CarrierOptional - You can select the carrier in order to better filter and search parcels.
Tracking NumberOptional - You can select the carrier in order to better filter and search parcels.
Disable Automatic RemindersIf you enable reminders, resident will receive email until he picks up his parcel according to the sequence programmed in the Communication / Automatic Emaili> section.
AttachementsOptional - You can upload up to 5 files such as label picture.

Automatic Reminders

You can activate automatic reminders so that the residents receive emails when they have not picked up their parcel.

Managing Parcels

The parcel list shows all registered parcels with their status. You can filter parcels by:

  • Date range
  • Status (received, picked up, returned, etc.)
  • Type (perishable or non-perishable)
  • Carrier
  • Recipient
  • Person who picked up the parcel

Status
  • Received: The parcel has arrived and is waiting to be picked up.
  • Picked Up: The parcel has been collected by the recipient.
  • Returned: The parcel was returned to the sender.

Picked Up ByName of the person who picked up the parcel
Action

Short cut to:

  • Marked the parcel as picked up,
  • Resend a reminder to the resident,
  • Disable reminders sent to the resident,
  • Delete the parcel.

Marking a Parcel as Picked Up

When a resident comes to collect their parcel:

  1. Find the parcel in the list
  2. Click the three-dot menu on the right
  3. Select Mark as Picked Up
  4. Select who is picking up the parcel
  5. Optionally capture a signature for confirmation
  6. Add any comments if needed

Adding Comments

You can add comments to any parcel to keep track of communications with the resident or any special circumstances.
