Bank Deposits

Settings

BankBank account on which checks are deposited
PeriodYou can filter deposits by date using this parameter.

New Deposit

To deposit checks or cash, click on the New deposit button.

Checks to be depositedTo add checks already registered:
  • click on the field Checks to be deposited
  • Select the checks in the list displayed
  • To remove a check accidentaly selected, click on the cross next to the check
New ChecksTo add checks that were not previousely registered, click on + Check and complete for each check:
  • The amount of the check
  • The unit to which the check is associated
  • The check number
CashTo add cash, click on + Cash and complete for each unit:
  • The amount of cash
  • The unit to which the cash is associated

Deposits List

By clicking on the icon, you can access the deposit details

Deposited AmountAmount deposited (returned deposits appear with a negative amount)

Check returned

When a bank returns a check you have already deposited for Non Sufficient Funds, click on the Check returned button.

Apply NSF Penalty
If you wish to apply a penalty to the unit returning the check, please check the corresponding box.
Important: The penalty applied must be first defined in the section Units / Charges & Penalties / Check Reversal fee.
Notify the co-owner by emailIf you whish to notify the co-owner of the unit returning the check, please check the corresponding box.

Transactions Export

You can generate deposits reports in Excel, csv or pdf formats.
To generate a report, click Transactions Export and select the format.
