Archiving an account

You can archive a bank account that you no longer use.

Note

Archiving does not delete the account. All historical data is preserved for reference.

To archive an account:

1. Go to the Banks section in the left menu.
2. Go to the Bank Accounts submenu.
3. Select the account in the list on the left.
4. Click on Edit.
5. Click on Archive.

Caution

The archiving operation cannot be canceled.

Note

Once archived, the account is only accessible when you filter the accounts by activating the Archived parameter at the top of the account list. You will be able to view past operations, but you will no longer be able to create transactions for this account.
