Log
The operations log records all actions performed by users and the application. This allows you to track all modifications, communications sent, invoices added, bank conciliations, etc.
Where to Access the Log
The operations log is available in three different locations in the application:
1. Complete Building Log
To view all operations for your building:
- Click on the Administration icon in the left navigation menu
- Click on the Logs tab
This log displays all actions performed in the building, regardless of who performed them or which part of the building they concern.
2. Unit Log
To view operations related to a specific unit:
- Go to the Units section, Unit submenu
- Click on the unit you want to view
- Scroll down to the Log section
This log displays only actions related to this unit: unit modifications, owner or tenant changes, transactions, etc.
3. Owner or Tenant Log
To view operations related to a specific person:
- Go to the Owners and Tenants section
- Click on the person you want to view
- Scroll down to the Logs section
This log displays only actions related to this person: contact information modifications, unit changes, communications sent, etc.

The log records over 60 different types of operations, including:
Financial Operations
- Adding, modifying, or canceling transactions
- Creating invoices and payments
- Bank deposits
- Applying or removing budgets
- Bank reconciliations
Unit Management
- Creating, modifying, or archiving units
- Selling units
- Changing owner or tenant
- Modifying parking spaces or lockers
- Insurance changes
Communications
- Posting announcements
- Sending email communications
- Creating and processing requests
Data Management
- Modifying suppliers
- Modifying bank accounts
- Modifying accounting categories
- Importing data
User Management
- Creating, modifying, or archiving people
- Modification requests for contact information
Displayed Information
Sorting and Filtering
Operations are displayed in chronological order, with the most recent first. You can sort by date by clicking on the corresponding column header.
