Packages

If your building tracks packages, you can view packages delivered to you through the AppNFlat platform. When a package arrives for you, building staff register it in the system, and you’ll be notified that you have a package to pick up.

Receiving Notifications

When a parcel arrives for you, the building administration will register it in AppNFlat. You will automatically receive an email notification informing you that:

  • A parcel has arrived for you
  • The type of parcel (perishable or non-perishable)
  • The carrier (if known)

Indicating Your Pickup Time

From the notification email, you can indicate when you plan to pick up your parcel:

  • Today: You will come today
  • Tomorrow: You will come tomorrow
  • Later: You will come later this week

This information helps the building staff manage parcel storage and follow up with residents.

Automatic Reminders

If you haven’t picked up your parcel, you may receive automatic reminder emails. These reminders help ensure you don’t forget about your delivery, especially for perishable items that need to be collected quickly.

Viewing Your Packages

To see packages delivered to you:

  1. Click on Packages in the left navigation menu
  2. View the list of packages addressed to you

You’ll see information about:

  • Packages currently waiting for pickup
  • Packages you’ve already picked up
  • Package delivery date
  • Who the package is addressed to
  • Any notes about the package

Package Information

For each package, you can view:

ReceivedDate parcel was registered
Addressed toResident to which parcel is addressed
TypePerishable / Non perishable
CarrierName of the parcel carrier
Tracking numberParcel tracking number
Status
  • Received: The parcel has arrived and is waiting to be picked up.
  • Picked Up: The parcel has been collected by the recipient.
  • Returned: The parcel was returned to the sender.
  • Other: Other situation.
Picked UpDate parcel was picked up
Picked Up ByName of the person who picked up the parcel
Action

Short cut to:

  • Marked the parcel as picked up,
  • Resend a reminder to the resident,
  • Disable reminders sent to the resident,
  • Delete the parcel.

Adding Comments

You may be able to add comments to your packages. This is useful for communicating with building staff about the package.

To add a comment:

  1. Find your package in the list
  2. Look for a comments section
  3. Add your comment
  4. Save

Privacy and Security

Package information is private:

  • You can only see packages addressed to you or your unit
  • Other residents cannot see your package information
  • Building staff can see package information to manage deliveries.
