Editing a Unit Information
As an administrator or owner of a building, you can edit a unit’s information.
- To start editing a unit’s information, navigate to the Units tab on the left menu.
- Click on the unit you want to edit from the list.
- Click on Edit.
- Once you’ve made all the necessary changes, click the Save button.
Settings
Section titled “Settings”Monthly contribution | Condo fees billed each month to the unit. Condo fees cannot be changed in this section. Condo fees are calculated from your budget using each unit share (Accounting / Budget section). Therefore condo fees cannot be adjusted individually. | Not editable |

Automatic deposit | When activated, unit pre-authorized payements will be processed. Transactions will automatically be created. Specifying Payment Day is required to activate the automatic deposit. | Editable |
Payment Day | Day of the month for pre-authorized payment collection. | Editable |
Bank Account | Information relative to the bank account of the co-owner paying the condo fees. This information is used when Otonom Solution is implemented to collect condo fees. Each month, AppNFlat will generate a file that can be sent to Otonom solution for payment collection (Send to Otonom button on the Payments / Otonom page). | Editable |
