Otonom Solution Integration

Note

Otonom Solution is an online payment solution with which AppNFlat is integrated. If you are an Otonom Solution customer, you can take advantage of this integration. To activate Otonom Solution, simply enter your Otonom ID in the Administration section. To learn more about Otonom Solution, visit www.otonomsolution.com.

Once Otonom is activated, you can pay your invoices via Otonom:

First enter the supplier’s bank details in the Suppliers / Supplier section.

When creating an invoice, choose Otonom Solution as the payment method.

Sending the payment to Otonom Solution then depends on how you have set up your building parameters in the Administration section.

Tip

Sending can be automatic if you have activated the Automatically send to Otonom option in the Administration section. If you have not activated this option, you will see a Send payment to Otonom Solution button at the top of the transaction page of the supplier or on your home page.

Once Otonom Solution is activated, you can also collect the pre-authorized payments from your co-owners by Otonom:

• First activate the payment by Automatic Deposit of a unit, in the Units / Unit section.
• In this same section, enter the bank details of the co-owner paying the condo fees.

To trigger the collection of all units paying by pre-authorized transfer, click on the Send to Otonom Solution button available on the Payments / Otonom Solution page.
