Request Tag
- Each query has a type: administrative request, maintenance request, key sale, moving, etc.
- You must define the types of queries you want to use.
Creating a request type
Section titled “Creating a request type”- Click on the Modify Tags button available in the Queries section of the main menu;
- Click on the New Tag button;
- Complete the information for the new tag;
- Click on Save.
Parameters
Section titled “Parameters”| Name | Type name |
| Color | Color associated with the tag |
| Default handler | If set, the specified user will be set as the handler for all new requests with this tag. If requests have multiple tsgs, the handler with the most tags associated to them will be set as the default handler. |
Modifying a request type
Section titled “Modifying a request type”- To modify an existing type, click on the Modify types button available in the Queries section of the main menu;
- Modify the name and color associated with the type;
- Click on Save.
Deleting a request type
Section titled “Deleting a request type”- To delete an existing type, click on the Modify types button available in the Queries section of the main menu;
- Click on the trash can icon.
