Request Edition

To edit the information of a request, in the query list table, click on the Info icon on the left.

Then click on the Edit button.

Title	Request Name
Status	Open In Progress Closed
Responsible	Responsible for the request
Description	Request Description
Priority	Low Normal High
Request Tag	Each request can be typed according to its nature (administration, maintenance, key purchase, etc.) You can define the types you want.
Units	List of units concerned by the request
Requesters	List of co-owners who made the request. This field is not accessible to co-owners because it is pre-filled for them. When they complete a request, they are automatically the requester
