  • The All Posts page lists all the posts for the building by descending date.
  • It includes:
    • Administration posts;
    • Co-owner posts.
  • The Administration page lists all the posts made by the administration by descending date.
  • The My posts page lists all the posts made by a particular co-owner by descending date.
  • To create a new post, click on New post.
  • When your post is complete, click Save and it will be published in AppNFlat.
  • If you are an administrator and you have checked the Send by email option, the post will also be sent by email to all recipients.
Title Title of your post
Author You can choose to post based on the different roles you may have within the building (administrator, co-owner, etc.)
Send by email When you post as an administrator, you can activate this option to send the post by email to the recipients.
Text
  • Text of your post.
  • The toolbar offers you a number of options to put format your text (bold, italic, etc.). Contextual help is available by hovering your mouse over the different icons.
Recipients You can choose to send your post to:
  • All co-owners and tenants
  • All owners and tenants with a parking space
  • All owners and tenants with a locker
  • All owners
  • All tenants
  • All co-owners and tenants on a specific floor
Attachment You can add an attachment by clicking on Add File
  • You can edit a post by clicking on the pencil icon at the top left of the post.
  • You can edit a post by clicking on the trash can icon at the top left of the post.
