Automated Emails
Checks
Section titled “Checks”- By activating the option Confirm Received Checks Via Email, co-owners will be notified when you receive a check from them.
- Each time you register a check in the Payments / Checks section, the concerned co-owner will receive an email detailing the number and amount of this check.
Units with unpaid condo fees
Section titled “Units with unpaid condo fees”- By activating the option Send reminder email to units with unpaid condo fees, co-owners will be notified at the beginning of each month when they owe money to the syndicate.
- You can customize the email they will receive in the Email Templates section.
Water Heater
Section titled “Water Heater”- By activating the options in the section Water-heater of the Communications / Automated Emails page, co-owners will be notified when:
- They have not completed the information relative to their water heater;
- Their water heater warranty is about to expire;
- Their water heater needs to be replaced.
- You can customize the email they will receive in the Email Templates section.
Settings
Section titled “Settings”Reminder frequency for updating water heater data | This setting defines the frequency with which you remind a co-owner that the information on their water heater is not up to date (installation date, end of warranty period, etc.). Each owner can update this information independently by logging in with their AppNFlat account. You can choose the following frequency:

Timeline for notifying that a water heater needs to be replaced | This setting defines when you will preventively warn a co-owner that their water heater needs to be replaced. This reminder is based on the expiration date of the warranty period provided by the co-owner. You can choose as warning times before expiration:

Reminder frequency for replacing water heater | This setting defines how often you remind a co-owner that their water heater needs to be replaced due to the expiration of their warranty period. You can choose as a frequency:

Insurance
Section titled “Insurance”- By activating the options in the Insurance section of the Automatic Communications / Emails page, the co-owners will be notified when:
- They have not completed the information relating to their insurance ;
- Their insurance is about to expire ;
- Their insurance needs to be renewed.
- You can customize the email they will receive in the Email Templates section.
