Edit Bank Account

In this section you can edit the information of a bank account.

To navigate between bank accounts, click on the list on the left.

To edit the information of a bank account, click on Edit

Parameters

Name	Bank account name
Bank Account Type	Bank Account Type: Checking Account Savings Account Investment Account
Bank Account #	Bank account number
Accounting ID	Number from the accounting category. This number is assigned when an account is created.
Bank	The name of the bank associated with the account.
Notes	Possible comments

Note

Accounts used for transactions (paying bills, collecting payments, performing month-end reconciliations, etc.) are checking accounts. The Accounting ID cannot be changed after the account is created.

Tip

The bank can be registered as a supplier in the system, allowing them to charge services and fees like any other provider.
