Archiving an account

You can archive a bank account that you no longer use. It will not be deleted strictly speaking so as not to lose data.

To archive an account:

• Go to the Banks section in the left menu.
• Go to the Bank Accounts submenu.
• Select the account in the list on the left.
• Click on Edit.
• Click on Archive.

The archiving operation cannot be canceled.

Once archived, the account is only accessible when you filter the accounts by activating the Archived parameter at the top of the account list. You will be able to view past operations, but you will no longer be able to create transactions for this account.
