What features are included?

Can co-owners access the platform?

Yes! Co-owners get their own portal where they can view statements, make payments, submit maintenance requests, update their information, and access building documents.

Does AppNFlat support bilingual communications?

Yes. All emails and notifications can be sent in the co-owner's preferred language (English or French). Email templates are fully customizable in both languages.

Can I manage multiple buildings?

Absolutely. AppNFlat supports multi-property management from a single account. You'll discover our unified management of communications, supplier invoices, request processing, and user management, all within a single dashboard.

How does bank reconciliation work?

AppNFlat automatically matches bank statements with transactions (invoice payments, co-owners deposits, etc.) You review, confirm matches, and update missing transactions in a breeze. You keep your books accurate with minimal effort.

How much does AppNFlat cost?

$1 per door per month. That's it. All features included, no hidden fees, no setup costs, no per-user charges.

Are there any hidden fees?

None. No setup fees, no training costs, no per-user charges, no module fees. Data migration is free. Customer support is free. What you see is what you get.

Is there a minimum fee?

No minimum. A 5-unit building costs $5/month. A 10-unit building costs $10/month. Every building gets the full platform regardless of size.

How does billing work?

You are billed monthly based on the number of doors in your building(s). Billing is automated and you can cancel at any time — no long-term contracts.

Migration & Setup

Is data migration really free?

How long does migration take?

Most migrations are completed within 1 business day. Complex buildings with extensive history may take up to 3 business days.

Will I lose any data?

No. We validate all imported data and provide a detailed migration report. You review and approve everything before going live.
