- `docs_search`: searches the public help center, in English or French. Any grant has it.
- `building_list`, `building_describe_resource`, `building_query`: read the buildings the
  signed-in person belongs to (units, people, accounting, suppliers, requests, maintenance,
  reservations, general assemblies…), filtered to what they can see in the app. Read-only:
  no tool creates, changes or deletes anything. Not every account has them yet.
